  • Sage is very effective to calm down the sweat producing nerves. In fact, if you take a tincture or sage juice, then the level of your perspiration can go down. Use twenty sage leaves per day. Take two cups of water with four table spoon. of sage leaves and  boil it. Extract the liquid and drink it.
  • You can mix five table spoon of sage leaves, 1 table spoon of valerian root and horsetail. Then mix one cup of hot boiled water with this mixture and boil it again. Drink the mixture as it is needed.
  • Mix oak bark, eucalyptus leaves, walnut leaves, witch hazel and tormentil root at equal amount. Add this mixture with water and boil it. Extract the liquid and drink.
  • The people, who sweat at night, can take wild strawberry leaves along with nettle leaves. After boiling this mixture with water, it can be drunk as needed.
