Coriander

Coriander leaves are also called cilantro. The young leaves are chopped and served with avocados. They are also used for cooking in some dishes. The roots are also frozen and used to flavor soups.  The seeds are dried and powdered. This is used for cooking many of the dishes.

Dill

The leaves and seeds have a sharp and slightly bitter taste. The dried or fresh leaves known as dilweed is used to flavor soups, fishes, meat, poultry, potatoes, omelets, and other vegetables. You can sprinkle dill on cucumber to make a yummy sandwich filling.

Mint
Mint

Mint leaves are used for many purposes. A cup of tea made from mint leaves gives you a soothing and relaxed feeling. Spearmint is used to make jelly or sauce. They even sprinkle fresh or dried leaves over the vegetable or meat that you are cooking.

Parsley
Parsley

Parsley is a leaf that has many medicinal benefits. You can mix these leaves in salads, soups, casseroles, stews, omelets, and stews. You can even use this as a garnish for many of the dishes.
