Benefits of Turmeric Tea

Turmeric has been considered as one of the Ayurveda medicines. It is known for its antiseptic and antibacterial agent. It also has excessive anti-inflammatory properties which helps in curing arthritic pain.Health benefits of turmeric tea have been discovered by Indian experts long back but now modern medicine is realising the benefits. It is recommended by the experts for its healing constituents.

It is easy to prepare turmeric tea and following is the preparation.
Boil 4 cups of water and add 1 tablespoon of turmeric powder. Boil it for 8-10 min in simmer and stir the mixture till turmeric dissolves completely. Reduce heat and add milk. Add some sweetener if required.

People can drink 2-3 cups of turmeric tea daily. As this is natural, it can be prepared in the morning and can be used for the whole day. People suffering with congestive heart disease and pregnant women are suggested not to drink this tea.
