Grape Seed Extract (Vitis vinifera) is industrial derivative from whole grape seeds. Its natural plant constituent is bioflavonoid which strengthens and protects living tissues. Here are Few Uses of Grape Seed Extract:

Side Effects and Caution:
- According to US National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine (NCCAM) report, grape seed extract is generally well tolerated when taken by mouth. It has been used safely for up to 8 weeks in clinical trials.
- No much side effects are reported. Most often include headache; a dry, itchy scalp; dizziness; and nausea.
