Krill Oil is great for your health as mentioned above. Krill oil is better then fish oil for the following reasons. Krill oil has more and better anti oxidants. Krill is more of a renewable foods source. Krill oil has it’s omega 3 bound to phospholipids which make the omega 3 more easily absorbed by the body.
