    - Following recipe will help in relieving cold and hoarseness.
    Take 1½ oz Mullein and 2 oz of Malva flowers. Take 2 tbsp of mixture in cup of hot water. Steep for 10 minutes and strain it.

  • Nervousness

    - Following recipe will help in relieving nervousness
    Take 1½ oz leaves of Lemon balm and 1½ oz Peppermint leaves. Take 1 tsp mixture in cup of hot water. Steep for 10 minutes and strain it.

  • Insomnia

    Take 1½ oz dried Vervain leaves, ½ oz Spearmint and 1 oz Chamomile. Mix all ingredients and add to 1 cup of boiling water. Steep for 8 minutes and strain it.

    Take 1 tsp dry Vervain, 2 tsp dried Catnip. Put these herbs into two cups of boiling water. Cover it for 10 minutes and strain it.

    Take 1/4 oz Juniper berries, 1½ oz dried Goldenrod, 3/4 oz Rose Hips cut into small pieces and 3/4 oz Dandelion root cut into pieces. Take 2 tsp of mixture and put into one cup of boiling water. Cover it for 10 minutes and strain it. It should be taken twice cup daily, but not more than 3 days as it may become toxic.

    Take 1 oz Elder flowers, 1 oz Blackberry leaves, 1 oz Linden flowers and 1 oz Peppermint leaves. Take 2 tbsp mixture and pour 1 cup of boiling water. Steep for 10 minutes and strain it.
