Kava kava: The juice of this herb is very famous in Fiji. It is said that this herb greatly calms and relaxes the body.
St John’s Wort: Is used to treat chronic insomnia and depression. However, make sure you don’t expose yourself to sunlight when you take this herb as it greatly sensitizes the skin.
