- Cramp bark, though I is little known, but very effective to treat menstrual cramps. You can prepare 1 cup of cramp bark tea twice daily. You need to start taking the tea three days before the onset of the menstrual period. Try taking it thrice daily during the menstrual period if cramp occurs.
- You can mix 1 quarter of ginger tea and 1 quarter of strong chamomile tea with w hot bath water. Take a bath with this water, you can have pain relief.
- Some other herbs including pasque flower, black haw blue cohosh and black cohosh are very useful to alleviate menstrual cramp and uterine disorders.
